The company, which owns half of the Barton Creek joint venture, has sold 10 lots in the Escala Drive subdivision and four in Wimberly Lane during the third quarter. It has 25 Escala lots and a final eight in Wimberly under contract, with closings expected for the fourth quarter.In other second-quarter news, Stratus and the city are still trying to negotiate an out-of-court settlement in a Circle C annexation while attempting to resolve development entitlements for its remaining Austin properties.
