West Plaza, the first building in the project, is a two-story, 71,478-sf office project with suites ranging in size from 3,000 to 71,478 sf. The second phase of the center will include three buildings ranging in size from 50,000 to 75,000 sf and totaling 175,000 sf.

The entire Kelly Corporate Center is being developed by the Allen Group, with Reno Construction as the general contractor and Smith Consulting Architects as the architect. Project completion and tenant occupancy isscheduled for March 2001.

Leasing is being handled by Rick Reeder, Justin Halenza and Kent Moore of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co.
