The three buildings headed to the market are all fully leased. 701 Gateway is a six-story structure, with over 170,000 sf of rentable space. Major tenants include Actuate Corporation, which specializes in internet-based information delivery systems, and Rockwell International, manufacturer of communications products. 650 Gateway is a 100,000 sf facility fully leased to Coulter Pharmaceuticals. Advanced Medicine Incorporated is the current tenant at the three-story R&D building at 901 Gateway.
The sale is expected to bring in up to $130 million for the developer. CB Richard Ellis out of Foster City is representing Hines.
