The 52,100-sf office building is located on a little over three acres outside of Downtown Houston. The facility will be leased to U.S. Home under a 15-year net lease.

U.S. Home constructs affordable, move-up and retirement homes in 13 states under such brand names as Greystone Homes, Village Builders, Orrin Thompson Homes, and Lundgen Bros. It is a subsidiary of Lennar Corp., which also provides residential mortgage services, title, closing and other ancillary services for homebuyers.

W.P. Carey and its affiliates is one of the largest lessors of net leased corporate real estate in the country.
