Included in the program are a series of interactive exhibits and workshops. In the former are such themes as Developing Commercial and Industrial Space, Putting Housing Back on the Public Agenda and Where Will New England Community-Development Corporations Be in 2005? Included in the workshops will be topics such as Building and Preserving Affordable Housing and Arts, Entertainment; Historic Preservation as Economic-Development Generators; and Community Planning and Design to Changing Demographics and Emerging Markets--The Public Role in Job Creation.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston is a cooperatively owned wholesale bank for housing finance in the six New England states. Its mission is to support the residential-mortgage and community-development lending activities of its than 450 financial institution members across New England.
