AT&T is late entering the local field. Level 3 Communications Inc., for example, and others already have set up area data centers. AT&T, however, plans to make up lost ground by maintaining and monitoring equipment customers already own, as well as selling them new high-speed access paraphernalia.
The company's package is called Business Ready Dedicated Hosting Service.
