Meanwhile, the firm is already building 21 custom homes in Palm Beach Gardens' Arbor Chase subdivision priced at $400,000 to $600,000.
A spokesperson for Victor Posner, a controversial so-called corporate raider in the 1980s, confirms he is also looking for additional development sites in northern sections of the county where large land tracts are still available.
Elsewhere in Florida, the firm was recently reported to have bought 2,200 acres of land in the Orlando area for construction of 4,300 homes, two golf courses and ancillary commercial space.
