Each of the buildings is 12,400-sf and the complex is 80% leased at $5.25 per-sf net. The properties are located at 701 Gullo Ave. and on Stanley St.

IRES now has properties in its portfolio totaling 300,000-sf. The company's focus is primarily in the retail and office space located in the I-94 corridor connecting Chicago and Milwaukee.
