The company is asking $22.7 for Riverview Plaza, a three-building, 175,000-sf office complex located in Tukwila near Southcenter Mall, and $19.6 million for its Mountain Pacific property, a two-building, 88,000-sfoffice complex located on Bellevue's Northrup way. Rreef purchased the buildings in 1996 and 1997 respectively, which paid a total of $21.9 million for the properties.
Pacific Real Estate Partners Principal Bill Pollard, who is marketing both properties for Rreef, says potential buyers have shown strong interest in the office buildings.
