The firm also announced a restructuring of its operating group that will consolidate its operations and development units. Rick Serrapica, senior VP of operations, is now responsible for all property infrastructure and operations, and Steve Veal, senior VP of development, will head up the construction unit. Both will report to Kahn, who is a member of the board of directors of the Real Estate Board of New York and a director of the Realty Advisory Board.
