Real estate industry veterans John Ozog and Drew Thyer have joined the company to head the Detroit and Columbus offices, respectively, and Staubach veterans Dee Miller and Jim Cahill will lead the Bethesda office.

Ozog is now a principal in the Detroit office at 29777 Telegraph Rd. He previously had been a partner at GVA Strategis, where he specialized in negotiating full-floor tenant leases and conducting in-depth financial analysis.

Thyer will coordinating efforts in central and northern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and southeastern Michigan from the Columbus office, located at 32 W. Hoster St. Prior to joining Staubach, he had been managing several portfolios for the Equis Corp.

Miller, senior vice president, and Cahill, vice president, have been chosen internally to lead the Bethesda team, which includes Pete Briskman and Karen Marchetti. Miller will manage the Bethesda office and Staubach's Vienna, VA, operation. The new Maryland office, located at Two Bethesda Metro Center, will serve corporate clients such as Nationwide Insurance, Suburban Hospital, Paratek Microwave and DynCorp.
