Under terms of the agreement, OnSite Access will gain access rights to the 518,000-sf building, giving the company the ability to provide approximately 50 tenants access to a full suite of communications services, including local and long distance voice services, high-speed Internet access, and enhanced data applications. The Wedge tower, 1415 Louisiana, is a well-known landmark on the Houston skyline because the exterior of the building is lined with green lights.
OnSite Access is currently providing services to businesses located within 14 office buildings in Houston, including First City Tower. The company has contracts to wire more than 4.45 million sf in Houston. In addition, OnSite Access is currently servicing more than 125 million sf throughout 24 markets in the United States and Canada.
