Conrad Bernard, who helped broker the deal for Boyd Page/ChainLinks, says Ariel of France is selling its smaller office/distribution site.
OEI Business Forms, a subsidiary of Work Flow Management, had used the site for office and warehousing of its products. It will maintain a Houston office, according to Bernard.
