Eight-Story Office/Retail Complex Set for Downtown Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY-Centurian Development Co., the development arm of New York City-based United States Realty & Investment Co., will begin construction next March on the eight-story Centurian Plaza in this gaming resort’s downtown area. The project, which will take about a year to complete, will encompass a total of 150,000 sf of class A office space, about 25,000 sf of retail space and parking for 500 cars on four levels. The complex will be situated at the corner of South Carolina Avenue and Bacharach Blvd.

Centurian has named the T. N. Ward Co. of Atlantic City as the general contractor for the project. Design and architecture is being done by the Las Vegas, NV-based Friedmutter Group through its Atlantic City office.
