Expanding Industrial Control Manufacturer Moving to Larger Anaheim Facility

ORANGE COUNTY, CA--Watlow AOV signs a $1-million, seven-year lease and will relocate its operations to a larger industrial complex in Anaheim to accommodate company expansion plans.

The company will relocate to 1400 N. Kellogg Dr., suite A, which is less than one mile from it current facility. The reason for the relocation is to accommodate the company's expansion plans and allow upgrading of its operations with high-tech equipment.

Brokers from Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office represented the lessor Kilroy Realty Group. Watlow was represented by brokers from Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office.
