The company is in charge of the Palace of Auburn Hills, home of the Detroit Pistons. The two-acre site will be revamped into office space for the company, says Jeff Corey, a spokesman for Palace Sports. The site also includes the University Racquet and Health Club, which will stay, Corey says.

"Over the years we've had many satellite offices for our personnel. We've grown to 300 employees in the last 10 years, and we need more space," Corey says. Renovations will begin at the end of this year. The purchase price for the property and a prediction of renovation cost were not released
