The store, founded by Vincente Pastrana, is comprised of 33,000 sf, situated in a former King Soopers grocery store in the Montview Plaza Shopping Center at 9395 Montview Blvd. The store was "decaying," according to Pastrana.

Thirty employees will serve as the initial workforce, with plans to add 19 in the near future, says Pastrana. He is working with Aurora officials so he can renovate the shopping center's facade and resurface the parking lot.
