The largest lease is for Coppell's DFW Trade Center, Building H, where DisCopy Labs has signed for 50,060 sf. DisCopy, a fulfillment company, was represented by brokers from Staubach's Southwest Corporate Services office while an in-house IDI broker acted on behalf of the owner, IDI/DFW Trade Center II.
Alon USA LP is taking 27,793 sf at Dallas' Park Central I, a structure at 7616 LBJ Freeway that is owned by TrizecHahn Office Properties Inc. The oil and gas company's lease had been negotiated by Staubach's southwest office while a TrizecHahn broker had handled the deal in house.
A 15,819-sf sublease has been signed between Omnicom LLC, a telecommunications company, and an out-going tenant at Parkview Center at 1819 Firman in Richardson's Telecom Corridor. A Staubach broker represented Omnicom while Mohr Partners acted on the vacating tenant's behalf.
In Ft. Worth, a law firm has agreed to lease 11,259 sf at 500 W. 7th St. The Taylor, Olson, Adkins, Sralla firm was represented by Staubach in lease negotiations while Kelly, Geren and Searcy acted on behalf of the building owner, Elm Street Portfolio LP.
Staubach also has negotiated a lease for 23,000 sf of retail space in Lafayette, LA and Midland, TX for Shoe Carnival. The family shoe store, represented by Staubach, is moving into 13,000 sf at Acadiana Square in Lafayette and 10,000 sf at Midpark Village in Midland.
