AT&T Broadband will occupy all of Dry Creek Corporate Three, the first of 12 buildings planned for the development in Denver's southeast corridor. The structure is expected to be completed by month's end.

"Dry Creek's design, location, accessibility, and flexibility, and our ability to accommodate future growth all contributed to making this AT&T Broadband's number one choice for space," says Bill Krokowski, CarrAmerica's Denver managing director. Each lot in the park has been designed as a mini-campus. The development is situated in the heart of the Interstate 25 business corridor, where it intersects with Dry Creek Road. The property is near three major highways and scores of restaurants and stores. The campus offers fiber optics, five parking spaces per 1,000 sf, high-capacity HVAC and fully redundant power.

CarrAmerica Development is an affiliate of Washington, D.C.-based CarrAmerica Realty Corp., one of the nation's largest office space developers.
