Back formerly served as director of construction management for SwigBurris Equities of California, LLC. In addition, he spent 12 years managing Bay Area construction for Webcor builders. Projects Back has worked on include the Avalon Towers in SOMA, and 303 Almaden in San Jose. At Boston, Back will be responsible for construction at the Embarcadero Center, as well as new development projects.
Tardy was most recently senior project manager for Charles Pankow Builders, Ltd/Pankow Special Projects LP, out of San Francisco. In his new capacity at Boston, Tardy will handle retail, tenant and capital improvement construction at Embarcadero Center.
