The move, from 3030 Roanoake to 3125 Roanoke, now gives BoulevardBrewery nearly 30,000 square feet of storage space. The brewery isexpected to produce about 48,000 barrels of brew this year. Thatcompares to about 1 million barrels produced by big hitters such asAnheuser Busch, according to Boulevard Brewery spokeswoman Liz Olivarez.

Boulevard Brewery has its headquarters and actual brewery just down thestreet at 2501 Southwest Boulevard. The lease for the new distributionand storage facility was handled by Jeff Krum of Boulevard Brewery. J.P.Fogel & Co. negotiated the lease for the landlord.
