The law firm will relocate 14 employees fromits current space at the World Trade Center, also indowntown St. Paul, in early November. The leaserepresents a one-third increase in space for theMinneapolis-based firm's St. Paul satellite office,according to Tom Stella, one of the United Propertiesbrokers handling the move.
Earlier this fall, GuardantInc., a digital security services firm, said it wouldmove into 9,500 sf at Lawson.Commons, located at 380St. Peter St. "We are seeing an increase in trafficand expect several more significant leases to besigned by year-end," Stella said.
