Thecampus would include 68 townhomes, 86independent-living apartments, 58 assisted-livingunits and 16 memory care units, said Tom Link,community development director for Inver GroveHeights. Mark Eklo of Edina-based Senior HousingConstruction will co-develop and serve as the generalcontractor for the 323,000 sf project, which is on a25-acre site.

Minneapolis-based Boarman Kroos PfisterVogel & Associates will be the architect. The projectis expected receive final approval this fall, and theproject could be completed by July 2002. Summerhousewould provide Presbyterian Homes services to seniorsthroughout Dakota County.
