Setting its sights on class B assets with turnaround potential in South Florida's urban infill areas, the Zenith associates believe they can accumulateas much as three million sf of commercial real estate valued at up to $300 million over the next two to three years.

The Zenith group includes Scott Brenner, founder of Pompano Beach-based BrennerReal Estate Group and other Brenner company executives. Kopelman is a Brenner executive vice president.

One of Zenith's purchases, Hillsboro Commons in Deerfield Beach, is undergoingredevelopment that is expected to be completed early next year.

Offering officespace for $14.75 per sf, triple net., it will be fully fiber capable and provide suchamenities as a 3,500-sf tenants-only gym. On completion, both the Zenith andBrenner firms will move their offices to the building.
