The first of the two spec buildings will consist of 65,000-sf and will feature tilt-up concrete construction, glass storefronts, and 20-ft ceilings. The estimated hard construction cost is $4 million.
The second building, a 100,000-sf distribution facility with 24-ft ceilings, carries an estimated construction cost of $6.5 million.
