The 35-story building has received new mechanical, electrical and plumbing facilities. In addition, new lighting, flooring and other improvements have been installed in the 690,000-sf office structure occupied by the oil company. The renovation has been designed by the Gensler architecture firm. The building, noted for its black glass exterior and angular roof lines, is a development of Hines Interests.
