Palm Restaurant Added in Renovation

TROY, MI-Popular national eatery will go into Northfield Office Park. The Hayman Co. is spending $5 million to renovate the building.

TROY, MI-The Northfield Office Park will be the next location for the prestigious Palm Restaurant, its 23rd location and the first in Michigan.

The Hayman Co. owns the two buildings, which have a total of 220,000 sf. The company is spending $5 million to add 10,000 sf of office space and renovate the 100,000 sf Northfield building to hold the 8,000 sf Palm Restaurant.
