The 200,000-sf build-to-suit facility is going up at an estimated hard construction cost of $10 million in Creekside Business Center. Completion is scheduled in March.

The company has taken a five-year lease on the entire building and will employ about 75 people. Rental rates for distribution space in the area average $5 per sf.

John W. Rooker & Associates is developing the distribution center.
