The property stands at the corner of Redondo Beach and Harbor boulevards in Torrance. It is anchored by a Ralph's supermarket and was acquired by Southland-based PCF Investments.
The Irvine Spectrum office of Lee & Associates represented the seller, a private group of investors known as North Point Center Inc. PCF was represented by the Newport Beach office of Pentz & Partners.
