Beacon Buys Seven-Building Business Center for $5.2 Mil

CORNELIUS, NC-Beacon Partners of Charlotte paid Chartwell, a limited partnership, $5.2 million or $56.83 per sf for the seven-building, 91,500-sf Cornelius Business Center here in north Mecklenburg County, about 20 miles north of Charlotte.

CORNELIUS, NC-Charlotte-based Beacon Partners paid Chartwell, a local limited partnership, $5.2 million or $56.83 per sf for the seven-building, 91,500-sf Cornelius Business Center here in north Mecklenburg County, about 20 miles north of Charlotte.

Beacon will assume all leasing and management responsibilities for the center, renamed Lake Norman Commerce Center. The developer is preparing the facility for small flex users requiring office/warehouse space ranging from 700 sf to 5,000 sf.
