KIRKLAND, WA-MJR Development is planning a three-story, 52,000-sf office building with underground parking on two acres of land adjacent Interstate 405 on 116th N.E.

If all goes as planned, the locally-based developer will break ground on the $13 million Center 405 in February, and finish it up before the end of the year. Chris Eckmann, a broker for the Kirkland-based listing agent Raskin & Associates Inc., says the office space will probably be priced somewhere in the neighborhood of $30/sf per year, not including expenses of about $7.50/sf.
