Kirkland Developer To Build Three-Story Office Building

KIRKLAND, WA-Locally-based MJR Development is planning the 52,000-sf office building with underground parking for two acres adjacent Interstate 405 on 116th N.E. The company hopes to break ground next February and be done before the end of the year.

KIRKLAND, WA-MJR Development is planning a three-story, 52,000-sf office building with underground parking on two acres of land adjacent Interstate 405 on 116th N.E.

If all goes as planned, the locally-based developer will break ground on the $13 million Center 405 in February, and finish it up before the end of the year. Chris Eckmann, a broker for the Kirkland-based listing agent Raskin & Associates Inc., says the office space will probably be priced somewhere in the neighborhood of $30/sf per year, not including expenses of about $7.50/sf.
