The partners have struck deals on other Hechingers' stores as well. Roadside Development, along with Madison Marquette and Capital Guidance, purchased the 180,000 square foot former Hechinger/Sears building at 4500 Wisconsin Avenue in Tenleytown. They are also leasing the former Hechinger site at 4500 Wisconsin Avenue, NW.
