The 36-story, 890,000-sf class A structure is the largest speculative office building under construction in Boston's Back Bay. Located on a 23-acre site between Boylston Street and Huntington Avenue, the tower is presently 90% pre-committed. The tower is scheduled for completion within 10 months.

The building will contain a two-story lobby, an enclosed parking facility, and state-of-the-art telecommunications and building systems. A 50-foot-wide, 50-foot-high glass-enclosed promenade will connect the building to the Prudential Center. The promenade, called the Huntington Arcade, will house a bamboo-themed Winter Garden, retail shops and offer interior access to the MBTA's Prudential Station.

Dedicated in 1965, Prudential Center has 1.7 million square feet of office space and more than 70 shops and restaurants totaling 486,000 square feet. Boston Properties is a REIT that develops, redevelops, acquires, manages, operates and owns diverse class A office, industrial, and hotel properties with a concentration in the Northeast corridor and in Greater San Francisco.
