The office structure is one component in a mixed-use project that includes a 19-story, 300-unit apartment complex to be developed by Post Properties. Post has marked this project as one to keep on its list after announcing earlier this month it is pulling out of several other planned projects.

Holder began the office project with no tenants signed. Millennium will offer restaurants, commercial services and retail for tenants and the public. The building is scheduled for completion in December 2001. Rental rates in the area range between $25 per sf and $30 per sf.

Two other large office projects are under development within blocks of the Millennium: The Proscenium with 527,000 sf and Atlantic Center Plaza with 500,000 sf. Both are slated for completion in first and third quarters of 2001 respectively.
