The firm's existing headquarters building is located along Harwin Drive in southwest Houston. Kent owns 30 acres of land off Gillingham Lane in Ft. Bend County's Sugar Land Business Park, where Kent already has a 200,000-sf distribution building on the property. Approximately 200 people from Kent's southwest Houston headquarters will be working in the building, slated for completion in 2001.
