Located at 300 S. State College Blvd., USF Reddaway will use the facility for its Orange County regional cross-dock operation. The company is scheduled to occupy the new facility in January 2001.
Brokers from Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office and Burr & Temkin of Seattle represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller, 300 S. State College Blvd., is a Fullerton-based California Limited Partnership that was represented by Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office.
