The 46-unit, first phase of Park Laurel on the Prado, is a $120-million luxury project on Bankers Hill at Sixth Avenue and Laurel Street.
Prices for the upscale townhomes and condos range from the $700,000s to about $3 million for a two-story penthouse. The project, which includes twin 14-story towers, is scheduled to begin construction early next year.
Locally based architecture firm Austin Veum Robbins Parshalle designed the project.
