Located at Nokes and City Center boulevards, the contractor started work this week on the 95,000-sf, one-story building. Completion is scheduled for February 2001.

The speculative project, which will cost $14.4 million to build, is part of the 554-acre Dulles Town Center. It is master-planned mixed-use project that will encompass 4.5 million square feet of office space, 1,100 apartments and townhomes, hotels, health clubs, and recreational facilities. It also includes the 1.4 million-sf super regional mall that opened in April 1999.
