The building will be known as CyberFortress and will be located near the 170,000-sf data center being developed for Exodus Communications by CenterPoint Properties REIT. DataCentersNow said it is in negotiations to buy 30 acres of land in suburban Elk Grove Village and Itasca for future data center development.

DataCentersNow, a speculative data center development specialist, has built and leased one facility in the booming high tech Loudon Corridor of Northern Virginia to Infocrossing. The firm says it is in the midst of several other projects at various stages of completion in the Washington DC metro area. DataCentersNow is a division of BECO Management, a DC area acquisition and management concern.
