The seven-story structure features a striking multi-story water accoutrement that has been designed by noted British sculptor William Pye. The lead tenant will be the Rolex Watch Co. Ltd., which leases one of four structures at Dallas' Harwood International Place in the city's Central Business District.

Cleveland House is close to Buckingham Palace and within walking distance of Green Park and Piccadilly underground stations. The new office building is finished in hand-set Portland stone, with the main entrance at King Street framed in Imperial Red granite columns. The lobby is a combination of lacquered Burr Maple veneer hardwood paneling and honed Jura Beige limestone.

The Cleveland House property is mortared in history, its first building created for the Earl of Essex who was hanged in 1693 for his involvement in an assassination plot against Charles II. In 1720, the Duke of Cleveland had acquired the property. A structure had been razed in 1899 to make way for a new home. In the late 1950s, Cleveland house had been used as offices by HM Inspectorate of Factories. A contemporary office structure was built on the site in 1966. The new building boasts a distinguished, traditional architecture with a mansard roof.

The lead tenant, Rolex, has traced its lineage to a London watch distribution company established in 1905. Rolex also holds the honor of being the first watch in Great Britain to have received a Class A precision certificate from the prestigious Kew Observatory. Rolex will call as its neighbors such distinguished firms as Christie's, J.P. Morgan, State Street Bank and J. Rothschild Holdings.
