Moss Adams is a Seattle-based accounting and consulting firm. The Landmark II development stands at 11766 Wilshire Blvd. and is owned by LA-based Douglas Emmett & Co., which was represented in-house. The accounting firm was represented by the LA office of Cushman Realty.
Though none of the parties involved in the deal would release leasing figures, others sources have estimated that the 10-year pact is valued at about $18 million.
