American Products has been the sole tenant on the property located at 252 Granite St., since December 1999. The concrete tilt-up structure is part of the 4.75-acre Corona Hills Industrial Center, a master-planned business park. The building includes 3,600 sf of office space, four dock-high loading doors, five ground-level loading doors, pedestrian and vehicle access from all four sides, skylights in the warehouse and ample parking.
"The Granite property's location, overall design and numerous warehouse/distribution amenities created an outstanding investment opportunity for us," says Robert M. Campbell, president of CT Realty Group.
