The transaction was one of five Daytona Beach-based Selby Realty Inc. handled in the past 30 days. The deals covered a total 356,094 sf and are valued at $4.1 million.
In Tallahassee, FL the firm brokered the $1.37 million sale of the former 19,000-sf Dodge Country auto dealership and 3.87 acres from Lenora Johnson Corp. to TCS Properties of Indianapolis, IN.
Selby Realty handled the $1.3 million sale of the former two-building, 5,747-sf Budget Car sales center and 1.7 acres on North Main Street in Gainesville, FL from TCS Properties to Robert L. Riegle.
In Orange City, FL the firm completed the $605,000 sale of a 5,612-sf, former auto tire facility in Orange City, FL from Tire Express of Lake Mary, an Orlando suburb, to AME Realty of Orange City. SunTrust Bank funded the transaction.
And in Jacksonville, FL Selby participated in closing a 31-month, $171,750 lease for Allen Motors at a two-building dealership structure on Atlantic Boulevard near the Regency Mall. Allen Motors is subleasing the premises from TCS Properties. The property formerly housed the City Isuzu dealership.
