TROY, MI-The Hayman Co. will oversee property management after the $100-million project is complete. The project, about one-third completed, will create more than 700,000 leasable sf on 60 acres.
The development is the city's effort to build a main street, with more than700,000 leasable sf, from scratch on 60 acres along Novi Road betweenGrand River Avenue and Trans-X Drive.
The developer is Evergreen III of Novi. About a third of the project has been completed.
