Timme, a resident of Katonah, has almost 20 years commercial real estate brokerage experience. He joined Insignia/ESG in 1997 after its acquisition of Rostenberg-Doern Company. Prior to working for Rostenberg-Doern, he was the director of leasing for Gateside Corporation and also worked at Julien J. Studley.
Insignia/ESG officials say that Timme will serve as the firm's industrial and big box representative in a zone that will include Interstate 84 from Port Jervis, NY (near the Pennsylvania border) to Danbury, CT. The region will also concentrate on the New York Thruway area to Harriman and up Route 17 to the Interstate 84 connection.
In addition to his duties as the regional specialist for the Mid-Hudson Valley, Timme will continue to work on tenant and agency assignments for office clients that include such firms as: KPMG Peat Marwick, Countrywide Mortgage, Hedgeware and a major Westchester County-based law firm.
