Seefried, AMB Start Work on 400,000-SF Flex Park

STERLING, VA-Seefried Properties and AMB Property Corp. have begun construction of the Airport Commerce Center @ Dulles near Routes 28 and 50 and the Dulles Toll Road. It will become an industrial park.

STERLING, VA-Seefried Properties and AMB Property Corp. have begun construction of a five-building, 400,000-sf development near Routes 28 and 50 and the Dulles Toll Road.

The Airport Commerce Center @ Dulles, designed as a flex and industrial park, is located in Loudoun County in an area rich with Internet and telecommunications companies. Many are building data centers because of the fiber-optic lines and powerhouse players in the area such as America Online and MCIWorldcom.
