Sitework is largely completed and the steel is up, with an April 1, 2001 occupancy dated targeted. Besides the current building, Wick has received approvals for a flex building of nearly 18,000 sf, and is in the planning stages for an even larger facility – a 248,000-sf warehouse/distribution center. The latter is on a freestanding site adjacent to BrunsWick Industrial Center.

Wick, based in New Brunswick, owns, manages and leases a portfolio of over two million sf of commercial and industrial space.
