Another Hotel Planned for Southfield

DETROIT-The three-story, $8-million hotel is being built on a three-acre site. Amenities include two large conference rooms.

The Farmington Hills firm is the architect for the project, which passed the Planning Commission in September, and is currently up for building plan review, Smith says.

The facility will feature two large conference rooms and other amenities.

The builder is Capitol Construction Co. of Rochester.
