WiredZone Holdings purchased Harbour Pointe in June from Raytheon. The building is currently undergoing an electrical capacity upgrade and also having additional fiber carriers brought in to the building. WiredZone is touting the 350,000-sf building as the largest block of high-bandwidth Class A office space available in the Seattle area. It is located at 6500 Harbour Heights Pkwy.
Gregg Riva, who holds the listing assignment on behalf of the Bellevue office of Colliers International, says CombiMatrix is now one of two tenants in the Harbour Pointe building, which still has more than 200,000 sf available for lease. The space is being leased at $18/sf to $20/sf triple net.
WiredZone currently has approximately 6 million sf of high-bandwidth office space in Dallas, Houston, Jersey City, Seattle and Tulsa. Apollo Real Estate Advisors LP and Prescott Realty Group are capitalizing the operation.
