Goldschmidt & Associates of Scarsdale reports that since June of this year, when the $5 million renovation program began, a total of 15,210 sf in lease deals have closed. The 61,000 sf building is now 41% leased, with several additional leases in negotiations, officials with Goldschmidt & Associates say. The firm is co-broker on the property along with Austin Corporate Properties.

Dermatology Consultants of Westchester signed the largest lease at the building for 6,450 sf on the third floor. Rakow Realty represented the tenant that expanded its presence at the property with the new deal. Dr. John Cinguina, a Scarsdale-based dentist, relocated to the property in a 1,095 sf deal.

Two Overhill Road is owned by a joint venture of Blitman Development Corp., of Port Chester and Celestial Capital Group of New York City.

Renovations currently in progress include a new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, upgraded elevators, high-speed Internet access and new public areas and tenant spaces. In addition, the facility's adjoining parking garage has also undergone a complete reconstruction and modernization. The garage will re-open on Nov. 20, 2000. Occupancy of the office space at Two Overhill Road is expected to start in Jan. 2001.
